Lee saw me through my bankruptcy which was a very trying time for me as it is with anyone. Lee provided me with compassion and understanding. She thoroughly knows the system and is well entrenched in the court system as I could see she has excellent relationships with all parties we interacted with through the process. She has a great depth of knowledge regarding bankruptcy laws. I highly recommend Lee.

These Web sites have useful consumer oriented information about fair debt collection practices, bankruptcy, and general legal information.

Fair Debt Collection

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act requires that debt collectors treat you fairly and prohibits certain methods of debt collection. Of course, the law does not erase any legitimate debt you owe. This brochure at the Federal Trade Commission Web site answers commonly asked questions in ordinary language about your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Credit Reports

The links below are for the three major credit reporting agencies, and a service that will prepare a report using the information from all three. Be aware that these services do charge a fee and I put them here for your information and not as any recommendation that you use their services.
